Cobalt is embarking on a revised Corporate Plan and Asset Management Strategy, our customers and colleagues are at the heart of this journey.

Working in the Procurement and Delivery Team Asset Management Team and reporting to the Asset Manager, this role is key to the delivery of high-quality Asset Management contracts.


As a Graduate Project Surveyor you will support the Project Surveyors in delivering a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring our stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.

You will also manage several smaller programmes with support from other senior team members.


You will ensure the service meets tenant's priorities, achieves value for money & is delivered within budget & agreed performance timescales whilst achieving high levels of tenant satisfaction.


This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in areas such as project management, responsive repairs, HHSRS, EPC surveys and stock condition surveys.

The salary for the role of Graduate Surveyor is £24,000 per annum. Cobalt's standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday.
