Goods Inwards/Outwards Assistant

Responsibilities

Checking deliveries against the delivery note
Despatching orders
Accurately recording damaged or missing items
Raising supplier notifications or discrepancy forms
Moving stock around by hand
Accurately processing paperwork, including using computer system
Working closely with all areas of the store
Adheres to Health & Safety policies and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Handle all products with care and attention to detail
Adhere to safety programs and compliance for a safe work environment
Follow company procedures and standards

Requirements:

Good PC skills general use of computer keyboard
Must be able to operate various pieces of equipment in particular a Forklift
Great attention to detail
Thorough and punctual
Good physical strength and stamina

Working hours and Job Location
The working hours for this role are 36.75 hours a week

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.15am - 1.00pm
