What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.


We are looking for someone to our join our amazing team supporting 5 people with mental health needs who live in Connel, Oban.

They all enjoy getting out and about in their community to join in local events, love shopping, cycling, running and going out for day trips.

You will be working in their homes, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. You should be available to work 24-hour shifts across the week including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.


So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

What will you do?
