Impression Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a leading manufacturer in Knaresborough as a Customer Service Coordinator.

You will be part of a Customer Service team responsible for dealing with enquires, processing orders, inputting data and general administration tasks as required.


Within the role of Customer Service Coordinator you will:

  • Process and manage multiple orders daily, ranging in complexity.
  • Assist customers with any enquires and also guide them through the order process if necessary.
  • Support the Account Managers in managing data to drive improvement and input any relevant data into the internal system.
  • Work with multiple departments to assist where required.

What we are looking for:


  • A clear passion for outstanding levels of customer service
  • Previous administration experience, minimum of 2 years
  • Background in order processing would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident communicator both in writing and verbally
  • Enjoy working as part of a dedicated team


As the successful Customer Service Coordinator you will be rewarded with a salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum along with a great benefits package and the chance to join a business who offer a modern way of working, a relaxed yet professional environment and who have a really exciting future ahead You will be working Monday - Friday with a hybrid model in place, 2 days from home and 3 from the office.
