With care packages provided throughout the Midlands, Plymouth and the Wider Home Counties; this great opportunity is to assist with the running a Domiciliary care service offering the very best in Complex Care.
The below is aimed at an individual with a strong background in supporting adults and young people with a range of learning difficulties, mental health conditions as well as emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will be passionate about the delivery of first-class care to children and putting their best interests first at all times.
In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting the ongoing development & training of staff ensuring our homes maintain the highest standard of care in accordance with CQC standards and regulations.
Job Specification - Quality Assurance AssistantSalary:
£25,000
Hours of Work: 09:00- 17:00 Monday - Friday
As Quality Assurance Assistant you will be supporting the Quality Team with their aim to operate effective and safe care services.
This role will suit an individual that is proficient in administration and has an understanding of regulated activity - this experience may however have been gained in areas outside of the care sector.

Essential Experience
Administrative experience
Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Outlook 365
Responsibilities:
- Arranging team meetings
- Minuting meetings
- Undertaking fact findings
- Preparing paperwork for disciplinaries
- Supporting audit processes
- Checking electronic service user records are up to date
- Administrative tasks on behalf of the Quality Team.
- On Call Expectation
- At least 1 per week/every other.
Required Key Attributes:
- Confident, honest with a mature attitude
- Experienced with working in a team
- Experience with minute taking
- Confident on the phone and with speaking to a range of stakeholders
- Ability to multi task and to prioritise workload
- Organised individual with a love of organising those around them
- Excellent Time Management
- Excellent People Skills
- Respectful and understanding of keeping information confidential
- Experience within Health and Social Care
- Experience in HR or Quality Assurance
- Understanding of CQC Regulation

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
