THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are delighted to be recruiting for Quality Systems Analyst.

Responsible for all aspects of quality within the installation, service & repair division of the business, this role will work with all areas of the customer service and fieldengineering teams in the implementation and continual deployment of the company's quality management system.

Responsible for the investigation and reporting of customer, internal & supplier quality issues.


THE JOB:


  • Lead the implementation of QMS throughout the division.
  • Key contact for customer and external body complaints and assisting / directing customer service and field engineering staff in their investigations.
  • Assist in driving a culture of quality throughout the business.
  • Liaise with suppliers on ongoing performance and resolution of supplier quality issues.
  • Create reports on QMS and division quality / environmental / safety performance, for review at senior management and board level.
  • Attend daily division meetings to report on quality issues and performance.
  • Work as part of the team producing service and installation guides.
  • Support division managers in H&S for all areas.
  • Create and control internal audit schedule for all division sites and assist in directing auditing team to ensure completion of audit schedule.
  • Support external QMS audits at all division sites.
  • Work with suppliers to investigate root cause analysis and work with them to achieve permanent corrective actions.
  • Day to day support to keep implemented QMS up to date.
  • Support environmental auditing and reporting for the division sites.
  • Work alongside purchasing and materials management teams in creating supplier performance reporting.
  • Liaise with suppliers on PPAP requirements and new product introduction.
  • Support continuous improvement teams in the creation of new product lines and the improvement of existing product lines.
  • Support division teams in creation of SOPs and work instructions.
  • Liaise with R&D department in the testing of new products.

THE PERSON:


  • Minimum of 5 years' quality & QMS experience required.
  • Experience of working in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO preferably ISO13485, IATF 16949 or AS9100)
  • Excellent quality systems knowledge
  • Internal auditing qualified (minimum ISO 9001)
  • Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees including executives, technical and our production workforce.
  • Hands on, "can do" approach with willingness to work in production to understand the true issues and identify root causes of problems.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and forwardthinking.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
