This is an ideal opportunity for SOMEONE WHO CAN CHALLENGE, Can MAKE CHANGE AND IMPROVE WHAT THE BUSINESS IS CURRENTLY DOING
Managing a small team, this is a 'hands on' job. A commercial finance leader is required - someone who is potentially wanting to step into an MD role in the next 5 years

**In summary WE are seeking a finance leader: - **'Hands on' and technically strong qualified FD with manufacturing sector experience
An FD with operational experience
An FD with great ERP knowledge
Acquisitions are pending - so exposure would be beneficial as well as PE/VC (potential raising funds )
A solid people manager
