Salary:
£20,258 - £20,812 FTE, £10.50-£10.79/hr

  • 25 Hrs/Week_ Actual Salary £11,406 £11,71 30 Hrs/Week_ Actual Salary £13,687 £14,062

Hours of work:
hrs/week, Monday - Friday


Contract:
Permanent, Term-time only (190 days)

We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our wonderful office team.

Working within a busy school office, you will be well organised, efficient, flexible, calm, and motivated to provide an excellent support service to our staff, children and families.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Undertake reception duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors
  • Assist with pupil first aid/welfare duties, looking after sick pupils, liaising with parents/staff, etc.
  • Provide a high quality and efficient IT/administration support service
  • Undertake a range of administration duties including: word processing, spreadsheets, filing, photocopying, printing, document collating
  • Keep accurate and uptodate records

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent in English and Mathematics
  • Training in IT based systems e.g. Microsoft Package
  • Experience of communicating with the public and outside agencies
  • Administration and/or customer service experience
