An exciting opportunity to take on a wide variety of tax related to the Private Client and all their businesses. _

The Private Client Transaction Tax team deals with private equity clients as well as specifically focusing on the areas of the M&A market that are developing the quickest.

Our flexibility and speed to market means that we have grown each year throughoutthe downturn - in order to take advantage of the current opportunities in the market we need to continue to recruit the best talent.

This Private Capital Tax team provides a full suite of tax advisory and compliance services to non-listed (i.e., not publicly traded) Financial Services businesses, dealing with the UK and international tax affairs of the business itself, owners, employeesand other stakeholders.

They also work with many ultra-high net worth and high-profile individuals, advising them on their personal needs as well as their business holdings or investment structures (e.g. trusts, funds or family companies). This includes assetmanagement businesses, fintechs, and other non-listed financial services organizations.
