Teaching Assistant
Are you someone who has keen passion in working in a school environment. Here at Protocol Education were recruiting for kind and caring people to become teaching assistants in the Leeds area.

Weather you have experience of working in school previously or you're looking to begin your teaching journey, we are the perfect option for you with our flexible work hours allowing us to tailor make you working schedule.

As a teaching assistant you provide a vital role in the educational and personal development of students.

For this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Assisting the class teacher in delivering high quality lessons and tailored to keep high levels of engagement.
Offering 1 to 1 support to students, ensuring that students receive the necessary guidance to excess in their education and life skills.
Being confident at handling behavioural issues that take place during the school day and handling issues in the correct manner.
Previous working experience or a keen and clear passion for working in education.
Characteristics displayed that would ideally suit to a classroom environment.
Outstanding communication skills; verbal/written and reading comprehension.
Previous experience of working with children (Can be in any field)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
