My client, a well-established building products company with roots dating back over century are currently looking to bring on a Business Development Executive.
The role is office based near Meadowhall, in Sheffield.

This is a permanent full-time role (38 Hours per week), but part time would be considered for the right person.


Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive;

  • Proactively develop their construction leads into enquiries.
  • Make use of the company's database to promote their business through proactive Sales calls.
  • Build relationships with design professionals, architects etc.
  • Keep uptodate records by developing the database

Key Requirements to Become a Business Development Executive;

  • At least a year of experience in a business development or sales role
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A knowledge of the construction industry would be preferred yet not essential.
