Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a
Stock Administrator to join our Operations team at our
Bromborough site.
As Stock Admin you will report to the Depot Stock and Systems Manager and play a vital role in maintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods in within the warehouse.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Offer a salary of up to
£24,670 + package and benefits.
Job responsibilities of Stock Admin include:
- Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
- Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
- Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process.
- Assist in the management of the pallet database.
- Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
- Completion of reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
- Assist Stock Management with investigations.
- Manage the booking in diary and liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries.
- Responsible for any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples, and working within the standards required within the Quality Management System.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a stock and process team environment is desirable.
- Autostore WMS experience essential
- SAP a distinct advantage
- Globe a distinct advantage
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, Excel at Intermediate or above.
- Drive, determination and a track record in delivering continuous improvement
- Having worked directly with customers would be an advantage,
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and calm manner
