Administration Officer
£25,569 - £26,915 per year
40 hours per week
Temporary position for up to 15 months
The role of Administration Officer will include:
- Deliver, improve, and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems
- Supporting maintenance staff whilst ensuring a highquality service is provided to customers
- Maintaining effective electronic/paper filing systems, administration and purchase order processing
- Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
- Supporting with HR meetings, contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff
Skills and experiences:
- Previous experience undertaking a similar role
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads, both for self and others
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
