Stoke-on-Trent, West Midlands, GB, ST3 7JD- Department: Administrative Services- Operation: Sanctuary Property Services- Closing Date: 17/04/2023- Salary: £ £26915 / year- Requisition: 209915Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Administration Officer

£25,569 - £26,915 per year

40 hours per week

Temporary position for up to 15 months

The role of Administration Officer will include:

  • Deliver, improve, and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems
  • Supporting maintenance staff whilst ensuring a highquality service is provided to customers
  • Maintaining effective electronic/paper filing systems, administration and purchase order processing
  • Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
  • Supporting with HR meetings, contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff

Skills and experiences:


  • Previous experience undertaking a similar role
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads, both for self and others
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel
