Shared Services Administrator - Remote, United Kingdom - Diagnostic World

About the role:
We're looking for a Shared Services Administrator to predominantly support our Diagnostic World, Finance and Quality shared services teams. This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely.
This role is focussed on providing administrative support across the companies shared services functions and will have exposure to a wide range of company functions and processes.
Your time would be split primarily between the finance and quality with a small amount of HR; however, this may change depending on the needs of the company.
What you will do:
- To provide support to the Finance Coordinator and assist with general administration requests.
- Process Purchase Invoices as per procedure including contractors and employee expenses.
- Resolve Supplier queries.
- Support with monitoring the finance inbox and ensure that all requests and queries are actioned correctly.
- To provide support to the Quality Coordinator and assist with general administration requests.
- Support with preparing data for clinical auditors.
- To provide support to the HR Coordinator and assist with general administration requests, as required.
About you:
- Confident telephone manner.
- High levels of accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Sense of urgency, enthusiasm and drive to meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong IT skills including proficient in excel and outlook.
- Good attendance record.
- A proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- A 'can do' attitude is essential.
