About the role:

We're looking for a Shared Services Administrator to predominantly support our Diagnostic World, Finance and Quality shared services teams. This is a full-time permanent position, working remotely.

This role is focussed on providing administrative support across the companies shared services functions and will have exposure to a wide range of company functions and processes.

Your time would be split primarily between the finance and quality with a small amount of HR; however, this may change depending on the needs of the company.

What you will do:

To provide support to the Finance Coordinator and assist with general administration requests.
Process Purchase Invoices as per procedure including contractors and employee expenses.
Resolve Supplier queries.
Support with monitoring the finance inbox and ensure that all requests and queries are actioned correctly.
To provide support to the Quality Coordinator and assist with general administration requests.
Support with preparing data for clinical auditors.
To provide support to the HR Coordinator and assist with general administration requests, as required.

About you:

Confident telephone manner.
High levels of accuracy.
Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
Sense of urgency, enthusiasm and drive to meet targets and deadlines.
Strong IT skills including proficient in excel and outlook.
Good attendance record.
A proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
A 'can do' attitude is essential.
