Global Sales Support Manager

Remote - must be accessible to London office for meetings

up to £70,000 pa
This role, which is new within the organisation, is supporting the COO and Sales Directors to help analyse the business as a whole, and to help shape its future direction

The role of Sales Support Manager includes:

  • High-level analysis of business information and sales performances
  • Using this information to help focus on profits, costs, bid management, growth etc
  • Working with worldwide partners
  • Helping to guide and support the organisation, to foster improvements and 'better practice'
  • Defining processes, and guiding profitability
To be considered for the role of Sales Support Manager, you should have:

  • Exposure to operations within a National or International organisation
  • An understanding of Risk, Profit, Bids, Tenders, Margins etc
  • The ability to scrutinise 'lost' business, and how to incorporate this information into the business moving forward
  • Experience of working at Director level, and of using your communication and influencing skills to change mindsets and expectations
