The key aspects of the role are LOA's

  • Gathering information/research
  • Using comparison tools
  • Writing Reason Why letters
  • Processing new business
  • Prepping review packs
  • Writing Review Letters
  • Processing withdrawals/switches/topups
The back-office system is Intelliflo, so experience using this package will be an advantage.


DIS (after 6 months) - 4 times


PMI (after 6 months)
