Description

Our well established client is looking for an experienced 3 year PQE Coprorate and Commercial Solicitor to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

The work is varied and covers a broad range of corporate and commercial law, including advising on:

private company mergers and acquisitions;

- fundraising and investment;
- restructuring and reorganisations;
- shareholders' agreements and articles of association;

MBOs;

- commercial lending and security;
- contracts and terms and conditions;
- strategic planning for clients; and
- partnerships and LLP law.

In your role, you will:
- take responsibility for your own caseload;
- assist with supervision of trainees and other team members;
- assist the team with larger transactions;
- drive forward the growth of the corporate/commercial department; and
- work with other areas of the business to identify opportunities to work together with our clients.
