Description

In this role, you will primarily handle cases involving housing disrepair on behalf of the claimant, dealing with a combination of pre-litigated and litigated cases.

Pre and Post Litigation experience is essential.
Prioritise a caseload.
Work with mínimal supervision
Have a proven billing record.
Experience of handling your own caseload is essential.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Good drafting skills
Strong negotiating skills
