As Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in the in-house production arm of HYPEMAKER.

Responsiblities:

Along with the Executive Producer you will manage and oversee endtoend production, from client briefings to final delivery.
You will own your own project budgets, and will strive to find cost efficiencies at every opportunity whilst managing and controlling profit margins.
You will create timelines for all productions, respecting all key milestones and deadlines.
You will have a production network both locally within London and across EMEA.
You will manage and contract 3rd party vendors.
You will manage invoicing and payment with vendors and our in house finance team.
You will need experience of working in a fastpaced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, used to overseeing teams and content, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
You will work to production processes and protocols, and work across the development and implementation of organisational systems and procedures.
You will be a team player, working side by side with creative and account management to ensure the clients needs are met at all times.
You will be willing to travel for overseas productions.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant work experience in production (agency/inhouse, line production essential).
Proficient in stills + film production.
European language is very advantageous.
Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
A gogetter and timeefficient individual.
