An excellent opportunity for a experienced Client Administration Co-ordinator to join an award winning company in Shrewsbury. The position is working for a family run company who can offer a friendly and flexible working environment.- £25,000-30,000 base salary depending on experience

- Friday (core hours 09:00 17:00)
- Contact new/prospective clients to discuss
- Manage the pipeline of new clients at all stages
- Liaise with other team members to answer any queries/resolve any problems for the new client
- Support new clients through the onboarding process
- Update and manage the CRM system
- Attend franchise exhibitions & conferences
- Excellent communication skills and can easily build relationships
- Solid listening and organisation skills
- Proven administrative skills, using databases, Word, Excel and other bespoke systems
- Be professional in manner and appearance.
