An excellent opportunity for a experienced Client Administration Co-ordinator to join an award winning company in Shrewsbury. The position is working for a family run company who can offer a friendly and flexible working environment.
- £25,000-30,000 base salary depending on experience

The Client Administration Coordinator role is pivotal to the company, reporting to the Operations Director the duties are to include:

  • Contact new/prospective clients to discuss
  • Manage the pipeline of new clients at all stages
  • Liaise with other team members to answer any queries/resolve any problems for the new client
  • Support new clients through the onboarding process
  • Update and manage the CRM system
  • Attend franchise exhibitions & conferences
The successful Client Administration Coordinator will have the following skills/attributes

  • Excellent communication skills and can easily build relationships
  • Solid listening and organisation skills
  • Proven administrative skills, using databases, Word, Excel and other bespoke systems
  • Be professional in manner and appearance.
