Description
We are looking for someone who is organised and efficient to join our busy high performing Housing Solutions Team, which is committed to changing the lives of our customers by the provision of quality homes and excellent service.
The post holder will play a key role in the letting of properties, with shortlisting and allocating properties and supporting current tenants with the termination of their tenancies, whilst making sure our customers are the focus at all times.
The role requires the post holder to have excellent communication skills and to be confident with IT, working closely with the Housing Officers and other internal colleagues and liaising with external agencies in accordance with all policies, procedures and legal requirements.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A good understanding of housing legislation and allocations procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
