Do you have excellent customer service skills with experience of working in a call centre environment.?
With this role, you will be fully trained to provide customer support to social housing tenants. You will need to be confident, empathetic and resilient. You will be working in a fast paced team environment and be able to work towards the organisation's KPIs.
