A great opportunity has arisen for a confident and ambitious PR professional to join a top international law firm to assist in the management of the firm's global PR strategy and plan.

With a positive ideas-driven mentality, the role holder will be a key member of the marketing communications team, responsible for implementing and enhancing the firm's approach to media relations.

The firm is at the start of a new vision and business planjourney to deliver smarter solutions to its people and clients and, as such, this is an exciting time for the marketing and communications team who can bring fresh thinking and new ways of working and will have a chance to significantly contribute to elevatingthe firm's market profile.

The Global PR Manager will enjoy a broad role and will need to have the confidence and influencing skills to challenge stakeholders and bring new ideas.

The successful applicant will develop and lead a global PR strategy and PR planaligned to key business objectives and brand positioning ambition, which will be implemented across all the firm's offices.

You will be required to be involved with the detail, working across the firm's sectors and practices to bring significant deals andmatters to life.

Acting as a brand ambassador for the firm, supporting and encouraging best practice use and communication of the brand, you will work closely with the firm's leadership, the Head of Marketing and Communications, key spokespeople around thebusiness and the firm's agencies to deliver the PR approach on a daily basis.

Helping colleagues understand the ways in which the firm's media presence can contribute to meeting business plan objectives and how to leverage media opportunities to enhance thefirm's profile will be a key area of focus.

You will also be responsible for the firm's overarching awards strategy and for identifying, assessing and implementing media training needs across the business.
