Starfyn Recruitment are proud to be working with a specialist recruitment process outsourcing company in the heart of Surrey. They are looking for a payroll administrator to join their business in the new year.

Location - Camberley area

Salary - up to £22,000

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for a client based in Camberley. The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm - No hybrid working is offered, but they do have free parking on site


As a Payroll Administrator you will work closely with the payroll manager to complete daily payroll related tasks as required.

You will assist employees regarding payment matters as well as providing support and advice where needed. You will be a confidentcommunicator with a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into payroll software
  • Processing timesheets
  • Administer statutory sick/maternity/paternity pay schemes
  • Complete various HMRC forms
  • Reactivating payroll records
  • Assisting the payroll manager with admin tasks

You will have:

  • Confident with all Microsoft outlook packages
  • Excel experience is needed in this position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organised and able to prioritise a changing todo list
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
