Are you looking to support children as a Teaching Assistant? Have previous experience working with children? Live close to Shepherd's Bush?


If so, we are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a fantastic school, located in the Shepherd's Bush area.

This is a full time role, from Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:00.


Ideally you will have previous experience with SEN children in some capacity due to the nature of the role but it is not essential.

The Role:


  • To work alongside the class teacher to establish a positive learning environment
  • Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant
  • Organisation of activities and materials to support teaching and learning
  • Contribute towards a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:


  • Available full time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4pm
  • Passion for working with children and/or young adults as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Have a caring, patient and compassionate personality
  • Live local to Shepherd's Bush or within a commutable distance
