Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team here at Panther.

In this role you will play a crucial role in a small but driven team, responsible for growing our business through sales and marketing activities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Updating pipeline with prospects.
  • Support in designing mailers, eshots and sales materials.
  • Support, organise and coordinate training activity for new clients
  • Support the onboarding process of new clients and handovers to operations and client services
  • Point of contact for new business enquiries
  • Posting content on website and social media platforms
  • Monitor and manage performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with industry news and content offerings, in order to suggest and create innovative new content.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • IT literate with good knowledge of excel
  • CRM experience (desirable)
  • Experience of using of social media marketing tools
  • Basic graphic design skills for creation of printed and electronic marketing materials
