Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team here at Panther.In this role you will play a crucial role in a small but driven team, responsible for growing our business through sales and marketing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Updating pipeline with prospects.
- Support in designing mailers, eshots and sales materials.
- Support, organise and coordinate training activity for new clients
- Support the onboarding process of new clients and handovers to operations and client services
- Point of contact for new business enquiries
- Posting content on website and social media platforms
- Monitor and manage performance of marketing campaigns.
- Keep up to date with industry news and content offerings, in order to suggest and create innovative new content.
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and reliable
- IT literate with good knowledge of excel
- CRM experience (desirable)
- Experience of using of social media marketing tools
- Basic graphic design skills for creation of printed and electronic marketing materials
