About The Role:

As a HR Coordinator with TAC Healthcare, you will support the successful delivery of all HR administrative activity.

They are responsible for providing support and specialty HR & Payroll processing and guidance to all customers whilst ensuring confidentiality at all times.

They are the face of HR team for the business and key to ensuring an excellence experience for staff and managers seeking support from the HR team.


The HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all employee enquiries, providing an effective and efficient service on all generalist activities, ensuring deadlines are met and all relevant work activity is completed accurately.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.


What you'll do:


  • Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, proactively managing the HR shared mailboxes on a day to day basis in line with SLA's.
  • Provide advice on HR processes and Company procedures, escalating any complex queries to the HR Business Partners and/or HR Director, Scotland.
  • Provide support for the recruitment and selection of staff, supporting the Talent Management team, including seeking internal approval for vacancies, scheduling interviews, and being a member of the interview panel where required.
  • Use the HR System to maintain records and provide regular and adhoc statistical/management reports as required, including regular management information.
  • Produce all correspondence and relevant documentation relating to the employee lifecycle, including offers, criminality screening checks, professional registration checks, reference requests, employment and subcontractor contracts, changes to terms and conditions etc

About you:


  • Proven generalist experience.
  • Experience in a client focused organisation.
  • Experience working with both onshore and offshore populations (desirable).
  • Degree level qualification preferred.
  • CIPD qualified preferred.
