Our product, helps people block the nuisance and scam phone calls they receive on their landlines and mobile phones. Wework with both the public and major fraud protection and enforcement teams around the UK.

My client makes a huge difference to many people's lives - especially the elderly and

vulnerable - and has won many awards.


About the Role:

We are looking for someone to join our customer services team. You will be based at our offices in Richmond

The role is highly proactive and varied.

You will be handling customer support queries - answering product related questions, remotely assisting customers install the product on their phone line, and helping resolve any issues they may have with the product.

You will also be dealing with sales enquiries, liaising with our resellers, and supporting other team members. In addition, you will be analysing data gathered monitor trends and help identify nuisance and scam callers.


What we're looking for:

There is a lot of detective work, so you will have great problem-solving skills. You will need to be a very effective communicator, capable of listening and understanding peoples' needs and problems. You will need patience when dealing with some of our customerswho find it difficult to explain themselves. You will be comfortable working with technology and will have good Excel skills. You will need to be flexible and be able to multi-task.

Experience supporting telecoms products would be an advantage.

37.5 hours a week

**Salary £28,000 - £32,000.00 per year
