Description

Performance Glass processes and manufactures a high profile range of fire rated and acoustic glass products, servicing manufacturers and construction sites throughout the UK.


We are looking for a multi-drop
Delivery Driver to deliver our completed goods to our valued customer's works and sites across the UK.

This is a customer facing role, where good presentation and a friendly and helpful approach are essential.


The role will involve loading vehicles in a safe and organised way, ensuring that the cut glass is safe for transport, and delivering to our customers both local and long distance.

The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.

The role requires long distance travel for part of the week, with early starts and late finishes compulsory to ensure customers' needs are met, with a typical 50-55 hour week during busy periods.

Applicants should be able to lift heavy loads, and work safely within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience working with glass would be an advantage, but full training will be provided in-house during the first 2-4 weeks.


Glass processing is a potentially hazardous environment, and safety must take priority when working around stock and cut sized glass.
