Training Administrator
Salary £25k
Holiday: 25 days per annum
Location:
Longstanton / Hybrid
Our client is a leading provider of expertise to their clients to maintain and continue the development of the infrastructure of both highways and telecommunications sectors throughout the UK.
Processes all post course paperwork, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy, in a timely manner, and archive in established filing system.
Works collaboratively with other parts of the business to provide a positive experience in relation to the training experience.
Assists Lead Training Co-Ordinator to implement sales and marketing strategies with a focus when required, including on social media platforms.
Role Requirements
Plan and organise training sessions logistics including; sourcing locations & resources and managing the attendee booking process
Administer internal training databases ensuring data entry is accurate, complete and training records are up to date
Organise handouts, course materials, visual aids and other educational resources to ensure the Trainer has the relevant tools they need to undertake the training session
Collate feedback from delegates to understand their views on the training entering feedback received into the training database to facilitate production of management information
Invigilate exams when required, as per rota system
