As a Team Leader your roles and responsibilities will include:

Driving a customer first approach, with high customer service & quality
Act as a role model for others, by leading a supportive and performance driven department
Training the team, ensuring correct skills, knowledge, behaviours and confidence is used
Recording sales figures to help with data analysis and forward planning opportunities
Dealing with issues in a business like and assertive, but empathetic way
Interview and hiring of team, ensuring a quality induction is given
Managing stock levels, cleanliness, health & safety, and food standards

We are looking for a Team Leader with the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication, customer service, and a real people person
Experience with food safety and quality is highly desirable for this team leader position
To be dynamic, forwardthinking, ambitious with a strong work ethic & desire to progress
Proven skills in team leadership, training, and the ability to lead from the front
Driving continuous improvement, to improve costs, quality and service
Great attention to detail, with a forward planning mindset

As a Team Leader, you can expect a rate of £11.

38 per hour, plus benefits such as:
