This is the ideal opportunity if you are looking for a teaching assistant position with a passion for supporting children with SEND in the Key Stage 1 and 2 year groups.

The school has a fantastic environment for both its pupils and staff, putting the community at the heart of everything they do.

Staff receive relevant support in their role to ensure they can support every child in school.

You will have experience supporting children with SEND as well as a strong understanding of the needs of children with Autism (ASD) and other learning difficulties they may have.

This is an extremely rewarding position, allowing you to support children's personal growth and development throughout the school whilst working alongside some other fantastic staff who are friendly and nurturing.

For this position, the ideal Teaching Assistant will be:

Personable, approachable and able to build positive working relationships with adults and children.
An inspirer who can motivate all pupils to learn; someone who is genuinely interested in children learning in a creative and engaging way.
Confident in reading, writing and numeracy skills.
Ideally level 2 or level 3 qualified.

Unqualified Teaching Assistants are accepted with at least 3 months experience working in a SEND or childcare setting.
