The Role
Our client is seeking a talented and highly driven Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team to deliver their next generation digital care planning products.
The products you will be helping to deliver and operate will supportthe health and wellbeing of millions of people every day.
You will support the Chief Technology Officer in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the Company's products and projects.
Working as part of a distributed team, you will develop and operate computer systems used by health and care organisationsto process healthcare and associated data.
In addition, you will identify opportunities to enhance computer systems and operational procedures so that the business's agility, reliability and security continually improve.

Technical Skills
You understand the DevOps philosophy, agile methods and Infrastructure as Code practice.
They currently build their products using HL7 FHIR, TypeScript, NodeJS and MongoDB. They operate on the AWS platform using serverless technologies such as API Gateway, AWS Lambda and Amazon EventBridge.
Their products are continuously delivered using TestDriven Development to guide their design and to assure they build software that is maintainable and robust; AWS Code Pipeline and AWS CloudFormation are used to ensure they can build continually and consistently.
You will be comfortable working with thesetools and practices.Professional Skills
You genuinely enjoy interacting with teammates from across the business and have a knack for communicating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
You would love to create robust, scalable, flexible and relevant products that help clinicians and patients make better decisions about their health.
You're comfortable partnering directly with infrastructure technicians, support and network analysts, security analysts and/or system administrators to design technical strategies.
