Description

We have an exciting 18-month secondment opportunity to support the FSM deployment and are open for this position to be based at either our Keighley, Clapham, or Chertsey office.

The Data Collection & Entry Specialist is to provide additional capacity to the data team to support the FSM rollout.

In this position you will engage regularly with engineers and collect data relevant to FSM by completing a template data capture from and enter data onto SAP / Salesforce, as necessary.

You will also provide support to the data team in optimising the data in our systems and troubleshooting problems and queries as and when they arise.

Key skills & experiences:

Knowledge of Service operations is an advantage.
An understanding of customer data, sites and KONE equipment is desirable.
An eye for detail and good planning and organisational skills.
Good communicator and able to converse at all levels.
Good customer service experience is essential.
SAP & Salesforce experience is essential.
Proven administrative experience.
Microsoft packages.
Initiativetaking, teamwork, and collaboration.

Some UK travel visiting engineers will be required.
