Role - Primary SEN TA


Responsibilities include working closely 1:1 with a pupil within Year 4 with Emotional Dysregulation, you will be working closely with staff to maintain and improve the social, emotional, physical and learning needs for pupils.

As a confident SEN TA youwill be able to tailor your approach to suit each students' requirements. You will be focusing on communication, engagement, and distraction techniques to optimise learning and maximise comfort for every pupil. You will also be required to help during lunchtime to support and supervise students.
