A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join their team based in London.

Key responsibilities:
- Compiling and preparing award entries
- Monitor the awards calendar, reviewing new awards and entries
- Schedule and coordinate architectural photography with project teams and professional photographers
- Process and upload photographs into Open Asset
- Assist with press material and respond to requests for images and information
- Coordinate the press cutting service
- Assist with content for the website and social media
Key skills required:
- Prior experience working in a similar Communications Coordinator role within the built environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of InDesign and MS Office?
- Capable of multitasking with excellent organisational skills
- Confidence to work with people across all level of the practice as well as clients and press
