Our leading client within the travel sector are recruiting for a Head of Product Development to review and develop a new product strategy to support how best the company can services their members.


This exciting outdoor pursuits organization has expanded rapidly since covid 19 and invite members to explore the nation and worldwide wonders through camping and outdoor activities.


Responsibilities for the Head of Product Development:

  • Analyse, plan and execute the new product strategy, and what would engage new members to join the organsation
  • Liaising with the marketing team to drive member experience and reach new markets and target audiences.
  • Work with stakeholders to specify strategic product development to present business cases and gain approval for new products and updates
  • Research and develop new strategic partners and new market avenues with support from the 'Commercial Team'
  • Research competitors in the market and strategically improve on current products

Essential Skills required for the Head of Product Development:

  • Product Development or Product Management experience
  • Experience preparing business cases for new products
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent data analysis experience
  • Preferred experience in the travel and outdoor leisure industry
