Description

Countrywide has an exciting opportunity for an Area _Manager to join us in East Lancashireand become part of the highly success North West Region reporting in to Anthony Bevan AD, this is part of the Scotland & North England Territory.

As an Area _Manager, you will lead and oversee the management of all Sales branches and colleagues within your area. You will work to meet and exceed performance on financial targets whilst driving engagement and collaboration among your teams._
Your role will involve:_

- _Driving exceptional performance through all Estate Agency KPIs including Conveyancing and Mortgage Services._
- _Coaching, developing and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across all KPIs_
- _Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition and driving retention of your teams_
- _Managing, monitoring and reporting on the area performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the P&L. Set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets_
- _Take appropriate action with branches trading at a loss, YOY deterioration or below budget_
- _Grow market share by adopting a pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities to deliver a Top 3 position in every location_
- _A proven track record in driving a highly successful estate agency business_
- _The drive, desire and determination to want to succeed_
- _Demonstrable experience of building and leading high performing teams in fast paced and demanding environments_
- _Proven ability to influence, shape and lead change_
- _Inspirational leadership ability, with approachability and humility_
- _High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure_

The Area _Manager role will offer a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE, as well as a company car and generous staff benefits._
