An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Operations Assistant to join a well-established company based in Ellesmere Port.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Process incoming Machine orders and placing them into the Build Schedule, whilst liaising with other departments
  • Assist the Operations Director in updating the Build Schedule for ongoing and for the completion of finished machines.
  • Providing information from our pricing guide dealer network
  • Process OEM and Spare Parts orders when required.
  • Arranging delivery of machines and liaising with external haulage companies
  • Ensuring stock levels are updated onto the system for any scheduling requirements

As the operations Assistant you will have:

  • Be an excellent team player with attention to detail, be self-motivated and the ability to work towards schedule deadlines
  • Have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Have experience in stock control advantageous but not essential
  • Have experience using Excel and Microsoft office
  • Have experience or have had some exposure in ordering parts and tracking delivery progress

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
