About the role and the team
As Support Worker, your role will focus on providing quality support to residents as so that our clients leave Depaul service with the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.
You will manage a caseload of young people, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs; supporting them to progress towards independence.
Please note that upon appointment, your job title shall be referred to as
Progression Coach.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of working with the client group
- An understanding and commitment to working in an assets based way
- An understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use
- A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
