Ward B49 is a specialty ward of Health Care of Older People (HCOP) based in the Queens Medical Centre. We are committed to providing the best care for older people with a stable, well supported and motivated workforce. Our pathways and treatment of our vulnerable patient group are at the leading edge within the field.

We are innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve the service we provide and exploring new roles in practice.

We are looking for a unique HCA who is dedicated and committed to a delivery high standards of care.

Who actively promote personalisation, support recovery from an acute illness, and empower patients to optimise on their physical and mental well being during their hospital stay.

The member of staff will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to be part of a team as well as working autonomously to provide high quality dignified care to our patients in a safe environment.
