Description
Finance Assistant/Purchase Ledger Administrator required for an independent Recycling company to join their outgoing and friendly team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an established business, just south of Bath.The main function of this role will be to assist the finance team in the financial operation of the business, the role will include:
- Reconcile individual suppliers accounts and request missing information to assist in the maintance of company books
- Filing and imputing financial data
- Creating invoices for customers in a timely manner
- Purchase Ledger
- Entering supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with account queries
- Other Financial Admin duties throughout the office to support the team
- High attention to detail and accuracy combined with prompt task completion.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Confidence and experience of processing invoices
- The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Previous experience of statement reconciliations and dealing with queries
- Have a positive attitude and outgoing attitude
- Sage 50 Experience not essential
