Customer Service Advisor
Role Overview
You will have responsibility for new and existing customers, creating, and following up on quotes from a multitude of inbound Timber enquiries.
You will be required to build strong working relationships, operating collaboratively with internal team Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.
Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers & internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and following up on quotes
- Managing time to organise and prioritise enquiries and responses
- Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues
- Being a prime and professional point of contact for customers
- Working collaboratively with sales team focused on growth and retention of customers
- Liaising and collaborating with technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues
- Looking after and consulting walkin retail customers
- Collecting feedback from Customers
- Good communication skills, both written and over the phone
- An efficient, organised, and selfmotivated mindset
- Ideally 12 months experience within customer service/support
- Good general IT skills with programmes like Outlook and Excel

Salary & Application
Salary based upon experience with performance-based increases throughout your employment, full training, pension, 28 days holiday.
