Customer Service Advisor
Role Overview


You will have responsibility for new and existing customers, creating, and following up on quotes from a multitude of inbound Timber enquiries.

You will be required to build strong working relationships, operating collaboratively with internal team Managers and your Customer Service colleagues.


Customer Service Advisors are a prime and pivotal point of contact, liaising constantly with customers & internal teams to deliver an exemplary customer experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Creating and following up on quotes
  • Managing time to organise and prioritise enquiries and responses
  • Taking ownership for professional and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Being a prime and professional point of contact for customers
  • Working collaboratively with sales team focused on growth and retention of customers
  • Liaising and collaborating with technical teams, for progression of opportunities and resolving customer issues
  • Looking after and consulting walkin retail customers
  • Collecting feedback from Customers
Attributes

  • Good communication skills, both written and over the phone
  • An efficient, organised, and selfmotivated mindset
  • Ideally 12 months experience within customer service/support
  • Good general IT skills with programmes like Outlook and Excel

Salary & Application

Salary based upon experience with performance-based increases throughout your employment, full training, pension, 28 days holiday.
