*New to Taurus employees will normally start at the first pay point on the salary band*Location will be based in Berrows Business Centre, Hereford.

Monday-Friday, some evenings and weekend daytime may be required.


To provide administrative support to the Operational team within Taurus Healthcare, including a telephone answer service within the office environment.

To ensure all documentation is complete, appropriate, accurate and fit for purpose.

The administrative assistant will report to Operations managers.


Main Duties

  • Contribute to the monitoring and fulfilment of the clinical and nonclinical rotas.
  • Ensure required information is accurately entered onto clinical systems.
  • To assist with stock control and ordering of nonclinical items for all services within Operational team (clinical consumables).
  • To assist with the process of collecting data for contractual key performance indicators. Collect, collate, process and present operational and clinical information for audit purposes.
  • To support the wider team with logging, documenting and investigating service complaints and incidents received this to include reporting for the monthly performance report.
  • Effective use of operational software including online rota, medical records, Survey Monkey and relevant others.

Salary:
£20,085.00-£21,630.00 per year
