The Role
As Finance Business Partner you will report into the head of the department and will be responsible for the following:

Support company strategy using analysis to identifying areas of opportunity
Quarterly target setting involving collaboration with key stakeholders
Present at monthly business unit meeting is updating on financial performance against key KPI's
Leading the operations team through new FP&A processes and initiatives
Using weekly KPI reporting to update the Operations teams on financial performance
Work with the financial accounting team to understand the period P&L and draw out key message on performance based on variances and trends

The Requirements

Capable of interpreting and presenting financial information to different audiences
Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently
Good organisation and time management skills are essential to this role
Ability to managed multiple tasks and stakeholders during busy periods
CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW qualified
