Professional membership organisation in London seeking a Dynamics CRM Product Manager to lead their CRM strategy with the goal of creating the best possible experience for their members.

They need someone who will drive change and be a champion of CRM within the organisation


Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement a CRM strategy covering data, process, people and technology in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation
  • Advocate for the customer experience across all teams
  • Lead relationship management with stakeholders in order to gain feedback and secure buy in
  • Defining and regularly reviewing customer requirements
  • Assess business requirements and ensure that CRM strategy is aligned
  • Assess and monitor CRM capability to gain understanding of current maturity and identify areas for improvement
  • Support development of strategic marketing projects
  • Create data visualisations such as dashboards and reports to increase awareness of CRM
  • Work with colleagues to define and implement data governance principles

Requirements:


  • Strong experience of CRM methods and tools and technologies
  • Strong experience of leading product lifecycles and creating strategies, visions, principles, practices and standards
  • Experience of improving customer experience
  • Experience of selling the benefits of CRM to stakeholders within an organisation
  • Skilled in data management including knowledge of governance and best practices
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data queries and improvements
  • Experience of audience segmentation, retention and development
  • Extensive knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools
