Based in Stevenage, the business has just burst into 2023 with some new requirements and that is where YOU come in:

Highly capable, versatile, enthusiastic Human Factors Engineer with the skills to carry out the full spectrum of HF tasks, including weapon system concepting, development and research.

Your skills will integrate HF into highly technical projects which willbe used by a diverse range of military groups. You don't need to come from a defence background.

What do you need to apply?

A relevant degree doesn't need to be engineering, human sciences would be perfect
Able to gain UK security clearance
Experience of HF in complex systems, taking human centred design processes through design, development, analysis and assessment
Experience of ergonomics and integration into workspaces
UI prototyping and design
Conducting user experiments and trials
Ideally a member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors
An understanding of the relevant disciplines who interact with HF

What you can expect:
