Recruitment Consultant (Business Support Desk)

Based on the outskirts of Leeds, Carrwood Park, LS15 4LG (free parking onsite)

Salary - £21,000 pa plus competitive team-based bonus package

The role:

This role is to work within our business support division supplying both temporary to our clients across the north of England and into the midlands.

Roles you will recruit for include:
Facilities Coordinators & Assistants, Helpdesk Operatives, Office Administratorsand Receptionists.

Recruitment can be a complicated and challenging business with every new day offering fresh challenges, but the core responsibilities will include:
Generating new business, through lead generation, business development calls and marketing.
Managing payroll of temporary staff to ensure all temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
Building long standing relationships with relevant businesses via excellent customer service, solid results, etc.
Ensuring full compliance with UK Industry Standards (REC) and relevant Legislation.

The Package and Working Environment:

We are looking for professionals to be based in the Leeds area, a driving license is beneficial as consultants do visit clients and our location is easiest to reach by car, there is free parking available.
