We are looking for a Clinical Capacity and Flow Lead to join us within Community Hospital Health Services.

This post requires a highly motivated individual who is proactive and able to use their own initiative, with the proven ability to prioritise their own workload and that of their team.

To be effective in this role the post holder will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with experience of working in collaboration with system partners across LLR.

The role will require an individual who is capable of adapting to a changing and at times pressurised environment whilst being flexible to support the needs of the service.
