Commercial Case Manager - Specialist Finance Team -City of London (Hybrid position)


Our client is a highly personable, reputable, and award-winning Mortgage & Protection Brokerage that specialises in property finance for Residential, Commercial & Specialist Finance and New Homes transactions.

The role:

  • Supporting the Commercial Team including the Commercial Director and advisers.
  • Key new enquiries onto the CRM system (KEY) ensuring data is correct, all documents are in the corresponding One Drive file and the required paperwork has been completed.
  • Complete RFT checklist to ensure we are fully compliant and commission dates are relevant for cash flow into the business
  • Missing documents from the case should be reported to the adviser and you should assist them to rectify any required information
  • Screening cases onto Key so figures are accurate
  • Hold weekly pipeline meetings with advisers
  • Unpaid fees are to be updated on a weekly basis
  • Ensure knowledge and understanding in areas of regulation and compliance is maintained as required. For example complaints handling, Money Laundering & Financial Crime prevention, Data Protection, Breaches, and Financial Promotions
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required from the business, this could include managing an event or team diary

The person:


  • A minimum of 18 months experience within a similar position (Specialist finance knowledge is preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sociable, a cando attitude and a team player
  • Attention to detail
